Check in was ok. Room wasnt ready 30 minutes after check in time but the staff did some rearranging for us so it worked out. Check In - Pleasant, friendly front desk agent, but a $100 a day deposit was a little excessive. The hot tub was out of order for 4 of our 5 days.
