Very dry, rather artificial coconut, with hints of flowers and vanilla (maybe) but mostly just dry as dust coconut powder. It lacks that saltiness and more prominent sweetness to be compared to JHAGs Vanilla Vibes. Fragrantica Inc, United States. It never goes away as it dries down, just gets stronger. Fragrance Reviews: 1,287,607 I work for 7-8 hrs. I try to veer away from coconut scents because they usually smell synthetic and gross but this fragrance did pretty good with the coconut note. If you want to get a feel for what this perfume smells like but cant get a sample, I recommend trying to buy the nivea lotion which is really cheap. It reminds me of Dolce & Gabbana Pour Femme. I was very excited to get this bottle. It's a very long lasting scent. But as it dries down it sort of yo yo's between this intoxicating sweet coconut and white floral vanilla, then the sandalwood really comes through. It's a well-blended, sweet and thick floral that doesn't actually resemble a bouquet of flowers. As this is a hot girl summer fragrance, this only projects in hot weather. It is not intense at all. I adore the scent. Listen.Kayali knows how to make you smell like a little baddie. If youre not into white flowers this is not a safe blind buy. Its a great, fun summer scent, and really blossoms in the heat! If you want vanilla only, this would probably work as well I think so don't think it can't be used for that either. I really enjoy smelling it on myself. Lacks the sweetness or creaminess of real coconut. I think this works beautifully mixed with Vanilla 28. It's a creamy, slightly indolic white floral with some coconut in the opening and vanilla in the dry down. I enjoy Kayali fragrances so much because if they highlight a key scent note, then I know that it will be clear and detectable in the juice. Opinion: We Dont Need to Worry So Much about Fragrance Reviewer Credibility, Tuscany Per Uomo Aramis: Friday Dresscode Cologne, Marc Jacobs Daisy Ever So Fresh Eau de Parfum, Original vs Flanker: Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds, Sparkling, & Night. I want to smell like this all summer long. du. Imagine you are sipping on a Pina colada in a coconut staring out at the ocean from a cocktail bar, this is exactly where I'm transported when I spray Utopia Vanilla Coco. Its milky sweet coconut thats warm and yummy. While it is blended really well, it sits too close to the skin to truly make an impression, and therefore be worth the price. I finally found a Kayali fragrance that lives up to the hype, although this one is not as hyped as the other ones. I put it on at 4 pm (when my package arrived), and by 7 it was a light skin scent. Fluffly, creamy combination!. Its better than people give it credit for! This does remind me of the Tom Ford but the sillage/lasting power isnt quite there . Definitely a summer night fragrance. Kayali has a way of making their frags so layerable. My first introduction to Kayali perfumes and I quite like it. More of a gourmand, sweeter and warmer version Soleil Blanc. I can still smell a bubble of the scent around me after wearing it at 4 pm and waking up 3 am. It lasts better on clothes. Just what I was looking for. I would disagree that this is terrible performance because I think this is a soft skin scent. I very much enjoy this sweet, fluffy and coconutty confection. I think it's the coconut that does it for me, but I love it!! Utopia is a summer scent but Ill definitely do this combo for fall. I can't pick out any particular floral note, (namely the gardenia which I struggle with so I'm thankful for that), but I think thiscombination workingin the background lets the other notes shine. My mom says it smells like Taboo, if anyone can confirm that (before my time lol). In summer why would you want something heavy or strong anyhow? No coconut, no lemon, and just a hint of sweetness from the vanilla. I don't know what it is about it, but it's beautiful. But I feel like this is just like every other summer release. I own both TF Soleil Blanc + Eau de Soleil Blanc and I do not smell any similarities. The coconut mixed with the pear blossom creates one of the most feminine, sexy, uplifting beach fragrances Ive smelled in quite a long time. For a KAYALI perfume it lasts a long time. This is so good its the perfect amount of sweet, airy whispiness, coconut, honey-ish, lil bit of jasmine, dash of vanilla. Scent-wise, I think this is really nice if you are looking for a warm, sweet, summer-forward type scent and you don't mind white florals. This is what Serena van der Woodsen would wear when she was nice. Bakery spices, vanilla with the sweet creaminess and fluffiness of utopia. A suitor invited you to enjoy the sunset on his yacht. I'll start by saying this isn't a bad fragrance at all. Ill stick with the Musk 12 and Vanilla 28. The floral notes blend well together with the vanilla coco. Fragrance perfection! Wanted a creamy coconut on a bed of flowers, but on my skin this was ALL heady white flowers, particularly jasmine. pourquoi on n'a pas le choix en rien dans cette nouvelle dition ??? I can also smell some woods in the background, but they're not super prominent. It actually doesn't fall into the TF Soleil Blanc type of category for me. Screechy artificial coconut in cold, loud, cheap-feeling white florals. To me its a sweeter, younger more feminine Tom Ford Soleil Blanc. Reminds me a little bit of Michael Kors Wonderlust+the drydown of Versace Crystal Noir when it comes to the type of spice I'm experiencing, only it's not as strong here. So disappointed in kayali. It's Not Yet Listed In Portfolio Of Fragrances, Here. For its price, the staying power is bad..just an hour or so..then you get a slight whiff of sandalwood and jasmine which fades to nothingness. For me it starts warm coconut and vanilla and changes to heavy jasmine mid notes. Dry down is nice warm vanilla-ish and comforting, but jasmine dominated mid note bothers me. Utopia Vanilla Coco 21 by Kayali is a Amber Vanilla fragrance for women. The coconut note smells highly synthetic and plasticy. This scent was meant to make you feel like Sophia Loren. This is my first Kayali fragrance and it's good. I usually dont go for some coconuts because of that sunscreen smell. A NO GO for me. Not my cup of tea.And If anyone think this is anything near Rouge Malachite you need to go check ur nose. Read about this perfume in other languages: Deutsch, Espaol, Franais, etina, Italiano, , Polski, Portugus, , , Nederlands, Srpski, Romn, , , , . There is something screechy in here I dont know which note is that Im disappointed I was expecting a smooth coco nutty vanilla fragrance but no, I just couldnt love it just sold my bottle. Become a member of this online perfume community and you will be able to add your own reviews. I know some people find comparisons annoying, but I personally like them as it helps me begin to form an idea of the fragrance. It's creamy, coconutty, vanilla, and floral. I've been wearing this the past few days and noticed that in the heat and especially when I get hot and a little sweaty, the scent and especially the sweetness intensifies on my skin. Its not. I know it has no notes of tobacco but in the dry down I get hints of tobacco and it's pleasant if you ask me. This is back to basics in a good way. The florals are definitely star of the show. It smells like coconut milk. Top notes are Coconut Milk, Honeysuckle, Pear Blossom and Italian Lemon; middle notes are Jasmine Sambac, Tuberose, Gardenia and Ambrette (Musk Mallow); base notes are Bourbon Vanilla, Sandalwood, Musk and Patchouli. Shes really good. I got a 10ml and Im very much considering a 50.. I enjoy this perfume a lot. IMO, it shines when layered with other perfumes. This is my fourth Kayali fragrance now:) I first got Sweet Diamond and after loving that one, I wanted to try more of theirperfumes soI got Deja Vu White Flower, then Vanilla, and now Utopia. I was excited to try this as I have Kay Ali Vanilla 28 and I love that. It is a skin scent on me and longevity is about 2 hours on my skin. I simply cant get over the creamy musky sweetness.. its so so comforting and yummy. To me, it smells very similar to Mancera Coco Vanille, but not as strong and sickly. Had to declutter this one. I sometimes do smell the pear come through too which is so lovely, and the sandalwood base is just so beautiful. What I do get and love is the musk, ambrette and sandalwood. Thankfully doesnt smell like sun tan lotion. Im sorry but for anyone to say wear this in the winter because of the heat ok so lets be real this perfume was pushed as a summer scent so why would I want to wear it in the winter?! Overspraying helps with projection. I hope Huda and Mona improve the formula soon. Theres definitely strong floral notes but they are blended well with the other notes in my opinion and work together to smell tropical and lovely. And to make matters worse in America for the launch we only had the 50ml size option. This has terrible lasting power. I blind bought this hoping it would be a more affordable dupe for soleil blanc. In the opening I get the smallest hint of lemon. Same on a night out! It's not super sweet or like a pina colada. For now, this will be a repeat purchase each time I run out. Theres a muskiness that, when combined with the coconut, is delicious. I've been looking for a coconut vanilla that wasn't too sun screeny..or too warm..the white florals lighten it up a bit but aren't over powering, like they can be. The nose behind this fragrance is Gabriela Chelariu. If you're looking for a white floral and "soapy" scent, this is it. et pourquoi il n'a pas le format voyage 10ml ou le grand format 100ml?? You are the main character. Utopia Vanilla Coco 21 was launched in 2021. But if you really love the scent itself, don't mind the price or having to possibly reapply here and there, and you don't have anything in your collection already that smells like this, I think this could be a very solid offering for you. Great for summer day time wear. I blind bought this and though I am not a big fan of white florals (and this is def a white floral fragrance) I love it! The only differences to my nose are that Utopia doesn't have the characteristic butteriness that ylang ylang brings, and it has a prominent tuberose note. Unfortunately for me all that sticks to my skin are the florals, specially the jasmine, which is not kind to me! Utopia also very strongly reminds me of Dior's New Look 1947, but only if you switched out the ylang ylang for a coconut note. I have been wanting a Kayali perfume for so long now but I had held off as I wanted to skip blind buying, but I caved. I dont believe this is meant to be a stand alone fragrance. Aside from the coconut and white flowers, it also reminds me of Vanilla Woods by 7 Virtues (another good thing). There's also something spicy in there. Im not into musk at all usually but this is super nice. This spicy summer elixir contains additional accords of pear blossom, Italian lemon, tuberose and honeysuckle. WOWE. This is Kayalis take on Beach Walk, Soleil Blanc, Holiday, Guerlains Terracotta you get the point. (to me Sweet Diamond is a deep sugared rose and pink pepper syrup, Vanilla is a delicious gourmand, and Deja Vu is like a floral honey nectar). There are much better summer fragrances at a way better cost. Beautiful, but redundant for me personally. The sillage wasnt powerful either, maybe its not supposed to be since its a summer fragrance. I Just Watched A Video Showcasing Her New Invite Only Amber 23 Intense EDP & She Suggested Layering That With Utopia As Her Favorite Pairing. And sitting next to my beau, he couldn't smell anything either , Delicious, simply delicious. I like it, longevity sucks. Its a blast of creamy sweet vanilla with a hint of coconut that opens to reveal tuberose. To me, this smells like Love, Don't be Shy. I absolutely love this new offering by Mona Kattan!!! The projection is great for the first 2 hours, then it becomes a gentle skin scent. I instantly fell in love. For me Kayali fragrances are on point and you cant not love them. Its like Mona said I want my fragrance to smell like Toms SB but sweeter and up the coconut. Utopia Vanilla Coco | 21 is a soft and dreamy summer scent that smells truly incredible. This is so well done and exactly what I was after in a perfume! She pushed this as a summer scent not a winter scent!!! But do I need it? This is beautiful but I would consider this more white floral, although coconut is there its not a key scent. To anyone who owns this and Mancera Coco Vanille: how do they compare? Once it drys down it smells like a slightly sweeter version of the perfume Beachwalk by Replica. This is a big love for me! I Can't Wait To See What Everyone's Take On It Is! Major regret. The performance isnt the best, it tends to last around 4-5hrs on my clothes, and bare in mind I overspray. On the bottle, tuberose is not listed but its very prominent. Utopia is a beautiful scent. I received it and let it sit for a few days before using it. I am tempted to get a FB. To me this is a very synthetic heady white floral. It's a warm, soft summer sweet beachy scent ( TF Soleil Blanc but much more sweet with woody vanilla , and Vs Bali coconut mist etc.). It is a warm and inviting jasmine, vanilla and coconut scent that reminds you of sunshine and hot summer days. It also has a coconut milk note, and it's different from most coconut notes I've smelled. I love a creamy white floral but this is not buttery or creamy. Ugh this is lovely! Strangely enough though, this reminds me of Black Opium, which I would definitely not consider a beachy scent. I bought it blindly based on the notes and to me it could not be more different than the description. I like most Kayali fragrances. On first spray its a very typical sweet floral perfume. Really not a fan. I certainly believe these notes are there but if you wouldnt have told me, I wouldnt have picked them up immediately. The vanilla note used is similar to the vanilla in her Vanilla 28, which I love, so that is a plus! I have to say i'm pretty bummed out. It doesn't have the sunscreen type of coconut which I appreciate. I cant decide between this or narciso ambre. The coconut here just complements the kulfi dessert in TFs Noir. Also you may get a lot of sandalwood so you have to like it. When I read people complain about being too floral I was sold! Essentially, its lot of coconut and tuberose which is kind of beachy. These two together get major compliments, I always get stopped and asked what Im wearing. Its a cold coconut, nothing gourmand. I was excited to try this and watched all the videos for it. I am normally note the biggest fan of florals, but this combo just does it for me. I'm getting a very sophisticated vanilla coconut as I smell this. I reviewed this a few months ago and just wanted to come back to say this is still my absolute favourite perfume.. Yes the longevity is scandalous, I went through a 10ml decant in one week. Also some solar scents can be a miss for me, BUT this is soo good. the older I get the more I appreciate this type of fragrances. I love this! Please read the Terms of Service and Privacy policy. The dry down is like a musky creamy floral. (I do 6 sprays), One of the most beautiful fragrance ever made !! I detect pear vs pear blossom and I think thats what makes it smell both fruitier and sweeter than some of its comparisons. And it's a great easy summer scent. Right away it reminded me of something-I think its now discountinued Tom Ford Orchid Soleil(I think that was the name except TF was MUCH stronger). I'm also really surprised at the longevity. Floral, vanilla, hint of coconut & honeysuckle with all the right white flowers. This one is okay/meh, not spectacular, very average scent. Perfect projection -not too strong or too weak and quite long lasting. Two thumbs up and would definitely buy a 100 ml bottle in the future. Everyones state isnt over 100 degrees but come on for the money youll spend seeing how this type packaging due to the color of glass for a 50ml is a $15 increase; people want their moneys worth, It lasted a good 6 hours and another 3 hours of skin scent. I get the same barely there creamy coconut with a tropical flower. But the scent profile of white florals and vanilla is very similar. This is such a gorgeous fragrance for the warmer months and layered with Kayali Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper its insane! This is more white floral, sandalwood with a boozy vanilla, not gourmand vanilla. Like others have mentioned sometimes I find the white florals too overpowering, I love the opening just not crazy about the white florals. Utopia is definitely a shape shifter on me and I enjoy the different directions it pulls me in. If Soleil blanc had a much better, wearable sister, this is much less citrus heavy - meaning its not harsh at all. There is something "ethereal" about this perfume. There's a weird "fatty" quality to this scent that puts me off, probably from the coconut milk note. This is coconut milk, ylang, bubblegum tuberose and a hint of vanilla. I looked it so much. To me it's like if hypnotic poison and bronze goddess had a love child. It doesn't smell synthetic. If you are looking for a good coconut-vanilla vibe, check out Alien Goddess. To my nose, Utopia Vanilla Coco smells rechid. Alien-esque white florals and coconut milk that gives it a slight sunscreen scentnot overly sunscreen-y though, just enough to give off tropical vibes. Let me explain: tried on cool days, it does seem like a beach coconut without much else, a sort of watery Coco Vanille by Mancera, with a floral part and less sweetness. The white florals are strong with this one. Maybe it's just the sandalwood coming out to play, mixed with the patch? This is also white floral, the jasmine just rounds this so well. And since I will probably only wear in the hot summer, I dont mind the lack of strong sillage as long as it has good longevity, which it does. I picture luxurious vacation dinners in a hot climate, a woman wearing a simple, stunning, elegant white dress. it projects for about 2 hours and then is a skin scent for the last 4 hours. Fragrantica Trends is a relative value that shows the interest of Fragrantica members in this fragrance over time. The longevity isnt great either. This smells so much like the Nivea Coconut & Monoi Oil body lotion to me. When I smell Utopia, its like the evening version of the Tom Ford. The most prominent notes to my nose are the coconut milk, vanilla, and sandalwood. That may be because of the coconut mixed with so many white florals. Pourquoi il met un temps fou pour arriver en France??? It gradually fades into the jasmine, gardenia and tuberose. He couldnt describe what it smelled like, but said it smelled delicious, with a calming vibe to it. Its just typical suntan lotion/beach-y scent. I actually love suntan lotion smells, I love tropical scents, I could bathe all day in Tom Ford's Soleil Blanc but I don't get either of these scents. It reminded me of Santal Blush which I find repulsive. This is a pretty fragrance and it is a safe fragrance. This is a very heavy sandalwood perfume. I was expecting heaven! Wearing cat-eye shaped sunglasses and a silk scarf over your hair. they either turn into a sickeningly sweet pina colada or an overpowering suntan lotion on my skin. Specifically at sunset. Perfume rating4.05out of5 with421 votes. This is one of those scents that gives me a headache. It comes off as a super creamy floral. The honeysuckle is a lovely & delicatly creamy note, but it still manages to carry itself from the top to the heart without becoming lost. I wouldn't necessarily say it's beachy but definitely "exotic". I get so many compliments when I wear it, definitely going to re-buy. This would be a holy grail if the performance were better. I don't think I can wear this casually, its made for formal summer nights like a girls night out in July or a date night. I would literally DIE with gratitude if anyone could kindly send me a little sample of this one!! I think this is a casual fragrance . This is one of those perfumes that, from my point of view, needs high temperatures to be worn. Its a creamy coconut with white florals and the drydown is very sandalwood heavy. I also think Soleil Blanc is more floral. It just kinda sat there. I love Kayali fragrances but this one was disappointing. But the flowers are done well and smell like a tropical garden. This gives me similar vibes as Diors pure poison just with coconut, but to be honest if I didnt know that there was supposed to be coconut in there i wouldnt have noticed. :). Im hoping like my other kayalis it will deepen with time and get potent since it does apparently had 30% oil concentration. Kayalis vanilla also smells very similar to mix bars vanilla.. Walking to the transit makes me sweat a little but I still smell it throughout the work day and at the end of the day like a bubble as stated. What a gorgeous perfume! It smells like legit sweet coconut sunscreen which I love because its perfume for the summer when I wear sunscreen. With Utopia at first spray, I get a creamy and sweet but not too sweet coconut. This is sooo beautiful on my skin, reminds me of Bronze Goddess with extra coconut, the jasmine smells so luxurious, bourbon vanilla is just perfection OMG! Sweet and amazing though! I love this so much and find it similar too versace crystal noir edt ..except I cannot stand that on my skin it becomes nauseating and I have to scrub it off. The coconut/ vanilla aspect of this fragrance is a dream come true, but the heady white florals just ruins it for me. Initial spray is a strong Jasmine and pear hit, but it soon subsides to a medley of mellow coconut, gardenia and tuberose. Mix bar coconut palm smells very similar to this. The fragrance is a light & sweeter version of Tom Ford SB. The only coconut fragrance I can stand. It has a somewhat sunscreen-y feel to it, especially on the drydown but I like it. 7/10. I was 100% planning on buying a full bottle until the dry down. I imagine an Indian or Arabian princess wearing this. Its daytime for sure or if youre looking for something thats inoffensive. But unfortunately the quality of the scent profile just does not match the performance for me. It reminds me of Soleil Blanc, but less creamy, a little fruitier, and a bit sweeter. I love the dry down with the vanilla and sandalwood, so yummy. I am surprised that other reviewers dont mention it, given how heavy it was for me. Pity. Its a watered down version of love tuberose. You can mix this universal scent with others. Sadly the performance on this is really weak on me. The flowers and coconut are supporting notes, so not the stars of the show. Havent worn this gem in a while, then today Sprayed about 5/6 sprays on and on my break at work I went for a fag then to a maccies (lol) AND the ( very pretty btw lol) counter lady said she could smell it all the way back from the kitchen! When it was first sprayed I got a shock with slight Mon Guerlain vibes, without the lavender note. However this isnt the best perfume! Definitely get creamier as it dries down and has a marshmallow effect. You know what? Some white florals, coconut, vanilla and musk. In the dry down you get soft wafts of the vanilla musk and sandalwood, I do wish that the fragrance performed better and had more of the woody undertones throughout the performance and not just at the very end with the dry down. Undecided on whether I will keep or not, guess I'll keep playing with it and will try the si fiori layering combo that @MissChanel85 suggested below.
